About IPNP

The heart behind the story.

IPNP Community Logo — Stronger Together. Thriving Together.

Our Story

Too many women enter menopause with unanswered questions and the quiet pressure to simply push through without truly understanding what is happening in their bodies.

We offer a different path: warm community, trusted learning, and a safe space for honest conversations.

IPNP was designed for women who want practical tools, meaningful connection, and a place where their full experience is welcome.

Why the Name It's a Pause...Not a Period!?

Think about it in a grammatical sense.

A pause gives us a moment to reset, take a breath, and refocus our thoughts.

A period signals that a thought has ended, making way for a new sentence or paragraph.

Menopause is not the end. It is the beginning of the next phase of our lives.

Meet the Founder

Tiffany Galmore, Founder

I created It's a Pause...Not a Period (IPNP) out of a need to share and educate women about menopausal health. We have so many questions and not enough answers, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a space where I could help answer some of the “whys.”

My background in healthcare and my passion for serving others are what led me to IPNP. I wanted to create a space where women could share their feelings and connect with other women who are experiencing some of the same things—and through those shared experiences, realize they are not alone on this journey.

IPNP is here to empower women through knowledge, compassion, and connection, while helping remove the stigma surrounding menopause and midlife transitions.
